Framework agreements

Annual framework or framework agreements in general give you price certainty. Framework agreements have a defined term (usually of one year) and then have to be revised and renegotiated as applicable. The overall volume and the volumes that are purchased by you in the agreed period of time.

Kanban agreements

Kanban comes from the Japanese language and means "billboard". Kanban is a method for controlling production. The method is oriented solely to the actual use of materials. Consignment stock agreements

The consignment stock is a merchandise stock of Würth Elektronik which is located at your premises. The merchandise remains the property of Würth Elektronik until you take it out of the consignment stock. At the time of removal, a delivery takes place, forming the basis for invoicing.

Customer-specific packaging labels

With the specific packaging labels, we simplify your incoming goods and stock management through the information attached in this way. In addition to plain text, important data is also printed as a bar code (code 39 or code 128) or as data matrix code. They can thus be read quickly and simply.

  • Fast and error-free recording by scanning

Customer-specific delivery notes

Important information such as order number or volume delivered can thus not only be depicted in plain text but also as Code 39 or 128, affixed as a bar code on the delivery note. Fast and error-free recording of the delivery is thus possible using a scanner.

Web EDI and classical EDI connections

EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) optimises the business process through direct connection of the application systems of supplier and customer.

Web EDI

SupplyOn, Pool4Tool or CleverCure are the WEB EDI platforms in use; customer-specific own programs are of course also possible. In addition to master data maintenance such as contact persons and supplier voluntary declaration, the following thematic areas are also depicted via them:

  • Enquiry/Offer process
  • Logistics processes such as orders and order confirmation  
  • Complaints handling  
  • Supplier appraisal  

EDI connections

The processes "Order” and "Order response" are currently implemented at classical EDI connections. Points such as "Delivery forecast" and "Dispatch advice” are supplemented in the next step. Virtually all formats and transfer methods are possible. EDIFACT, IDOC or xml, by FTP or OFTP. The requirements are implemented with our partner retarus.

Consignment tracking

How do you find out where your consignment currently is?

When you send your goods, you will receive an e-mail with the delivery note attached and a link to track the consignment via the respective parcel service provider.
